From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'NectarPlate began as a vision of delivering authentic Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 45. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop emerged as a quaint, family-oriented venture, respecting recipes passed through generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered the craft of creating pizzas when she explored Italy, engaging with expert pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. After arriving back in the UK, her aim was to offer the essence of classic Italian pizza, emphasizing original techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Starting as a cozy pizzeria with just 12 seats, we have flourished into a cherished community fixture, preserving our dedication to excellence and genuineness. We continue to utilize traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough in-house every day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Now, 'NectarPlate is still in the hands of the family, with the succeeding generation of the Rossis curating our enthusiastic crew. While incorporating a few contemporary innovations, our core principle persists: to serve sumptuous, authentic pizzas that gather folks together.
